Welcome to Personal Gifting! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing or using our store, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Information

  • Personal Gifting operates as an online store offering personalized print-on-demand (POD) items, and other physical products.
  • We sell mainly to customers in the USA.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • By continue using the site you agree that, you had read and understood the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Return Policy, Disclosure, and Terms of the site.
  • The products on the store are inclusive of taxes. The tax is paid by our print provider on our behalf, we can’t collect the tax and don’t as we are not registered to do that yet. We pay the taxes from our profits and then our print provider pays the appropriate tax. The product is printed and shipped from USA (mostly), but the operations are handled from the India.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

  • You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Any misuse of the account may result in termination or restrictions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed via WooCommerce and payments are securely handled through PayPal.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s Privacy Policy.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may include taxes where applicable.
  • Personalized products are custom-made, and once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both free shipping and a fast (paid) shipping option.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the destination and selected method.
  • Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number to follow up with order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant downloads, digital products are non-refundable.
  • Personalized POD Products: These are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with images, and order number for resolution.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We collect and store necessary data for order processing, customer support, and marketing (if opted in).
  • We use Google Analytics & Google Search Console to monitor site traffic and improve user experience.
  • Cart Abandonment Emails: If you leave items in your cart, we may send you reminders or offers to complete your purchase.
  • We do not sell your personal information. However, we share data with Print Providers, Shipping Carriers, and Payment Gateways to fulfill your orders.

7. User Reviews & Uploaded Content

  • If you leave a review, we may display your name and feedback on our site.
  • Uploaded images for reviews or personalization should not contain sensitive or inappropriate content.
  • Avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can extract this information. If you upload such images, we are not responsible for any data seen by others.
  • We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove comments and reviews that contain harmful language, spam, or inappropriate content.
  • Links in reviews may be removed if deemed harmful or irrelevant.
  • The name provided in reviews should be genuine and reflect your real name.
