Production & Shipping Timeline
Your order is custom-made just for you. Here’s how our process works:
- Production: We begin customizing your item within 24 hours of your order. The printing and quality checks typically takes 1-3 business days.
- Shipping: At checkout, you can choose between our free standard shipping and a paid fast shipping option. An estimated delivery time-frame will be given once you enter your address. Same will be shared with you through the email after the order is processed.
Tracking and Delivery
- Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Also, you can login on My Accounts page or visit Track Order page, to get the latest update of the product.
- A Note on Delays: We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. While we can’t control external factors like carrier logistics or weather, we promise to be your partner if a delay occurs.
If you notice any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the package and working with the carrier. - Address Accuracy: Please take an extra second to make sure your shipping address is correct. Packages can’t be rerouted once shipped, and orders lost due to incorrect details can’t be replaced free of charge.
Usually, deliveries arrive in 5–12 days via Free Shipping, or 4–10 days with Fast Shipping.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Made Just for you
Due to the custom nature of our products, each item is made-to-order specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. All sales are final, making your item truly unique just like you!
What If There Is an Issue?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, we will make it right.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For custom printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
- To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g., the defect on the item and any damage to the packaging).
- After reviewing the details, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund—whichever best fits the situation.
